So this is a Texas two step that can be done anywhere! It's my go to face products for getting clean skin, moisturizing benefits and removing puffiness and wrinkles. So what is the secret?

The Tool

The Cleanser
My favorite face cleanser is linked here.  It is by La Mer. You may recognize this brand. They are well known for their amazing eye creams (which I love) but I have to admit I am a convert to this cleanser. It is a foam cleanser that contains sea algae fibers and white pearl powder, which gently purify and energize skin. I rarely need anything else on my skin after I use this cleanser.  There is a reason why this consistently has 5 star reviews.  It feels amazing and leaves my skins moisturized. I know the price tag is a little hefty ($90) but a little goes a long way and when you combine this with the Luna brush it penetrates deeply into the skin with just a touch to do so much more than most cleansers. As I have told you I am combatting several skin problems - acne, aging and brown spots and this has been an effective cleanser to address those needs.  I used to buy cheap cleansers and then I realized it was often those cheaper cleansers that dried out my skin due to the strong chemicals in there and really gave my skin no benefit.  This cleanser will not do that. It will leave you glowing!

​Do you need one tool to do it all for your hair? To me, this product has great features to make it my go to hair tool. Here are five reasons I love it:

Many women say they want to shorten their morning routine. I am with those women. I often don't have a lot of time to get ready (I have no idea where the time goes!!).  So this post is dedicated to my two products - full face in less than 3 minutes.  Yout got it - just two products for serum, sunscreen, primer base, concealer, eye shadow, lipstick and blush and I am done super quickly.  Video to prove it!

THE FIRST LAYER
You see in the video I start with nothing on - literally.  I have several brown and red spots to cover. I am pretty fair skinned so I have to have sunscreen.  I also am always fighting aging and acne (even at 40!).  So how do I get one product to address all that? My favorite sunscreen, serum, primer, base, and concealer all in one here - this is the larger size for $36. I buy this in buckets and have them in my car, my purse, andthe office. This product only comes in one color - light/medium.  I do have fairer skin but I have friends that are converts to this product and they are blessed with much more pigment than me. So needless to say this is a good universal color for fair to light brown skin tones.  For my own melasma (dark coloring from sun damage) I just use an extra layer of the cream and use it to spot treat any acne spots.  The detox name in this product does just that - does not clog pores and actually works to correct any skin problems you may have!  Plus the sunscreen protects all day to prevent any future damage. That is a winning skin care solution.  The last note on this product is that it stands the test of time - it does not settle into my wrinkles or fade off during the day. It has real staying power all day long.

EYES, LIPS, and CHEEKS
My favorite eye, cheek and lip product is here - for just $30.  It is available in three colors. I use the color "orgasm" - yes you read that right...   This product was made to be a universal color that works with several skin tones.  You can layer this product easily to get fuller coverage. I don't have any problem with creasing in the eye shadow or running when I use this as a blush. Just a great natural color that you can tailor to how much color you want.  When I use this as a lip color it tends to have a matte wear which I like and lasts remarkably long for a product that I am using all over my face!  Staying power on eyes and cheeks is much longer of course.
