Getting so caught up in your work that you neglect your own self-care is never a good thing. Getting so caught up in your work that you start to get stressed and unwell is something that should be avoided at all costs. Yet it can be a challenge to do so, especially when there are so many pressures and deadlines all around. Work has become, for many, all-consuming, and it’s making us sick. That’s why it’s crucial we take some time to unwind and relax, giving ourselves a chance to feel better and stay healthy.
