Can you believe that 2019 is here? 2018 has to be the fastest year on record! I have a goal of spending less in 2019 - so that means my clothing picks have to pull some double duty and that is exactly my plan for this post. I love picking out my New Year's Eve looks but always want them to be pieces that will take me well into the next year for events other than New Years!
