Comfort doesn’t have to mean physical comfort, although this should be tended to as well. It can mean simply being in a space where nothing is upsetting you or worrying you. The more comfortable you can be at home, the less you will have to worry about then you are there. Even a bad day at work or a difficult day to come can be mitigated when you are comfortable at home. You may even be able to come up with solutions for any issues you may have since your mind will be freer to think of them. Rest and comfort at home may make it easier to avoid and learn more about negligent injuries for work so you can prevent those in the future. In other words, having a comfortable home means you have to worry less about the mess, clutter, or discomfort there, allowing you to deal better with everything else.

When you leave your home to go to work or interact with other people, those feelings of calm should go with you, helping you to have a much more pleasant day so you feel less stressed when you get home.
