Bath Time - Rest, Relax, and Rejuvenate

​I don't know about you but my favorite evening activity after a long day is to relax in a bath. But it's not just water that makes a bath relaxing.  It's the products that really make the difference. So I have put together the products that make my bath time ritual a time relax and rejuvenate.

I love these lavender scented bath minerals that include a blend of Dead Sea salts, minerals and essential oils. These minerals, including Magnesium, Calcium and Iron, have been proven to lower blood pressure, relieve tired muscles and enhance relaxation. They also add a nice bubble to the bath. 

These bath salts are my favorite to relieve soar muscles, reduce water weight and moisturize my skin. Yes - it works for all of these and for under $10 for a 3 pound bag it is really worth it. These have lavender and eucalyptus scents added in them - I use lavender when I need to sleep and I use eucalyptus when I need to clear my sinuses or get energized. 

This brush set is my favorite for dry brushing.  Dry brushing helps the lymphatic system drain properly. The lymphatic system is responsible for collecting, transporting the blood, and eliminating the waste our cells produce. If the lymphatic system is congested, it can lead to a build-up of toxins, causing inflammation and illness. Dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic system as it stimulates and invigorates the skin. ​You can't have a good bath time without doing your hair right? This is my go to shampoo and conditioner (remember my hair if fine and color treated so I only recommend for folks with this kind of hair).   When my hair really needs some love, this is my hair mask that helps restore my split ends and bring luster back to  my dry hair.
