Many celebs, including the apparently ageless Christie Brinkley, swear by exfoliation - the process of cleaning out blocked pores and removing the top layer of skin from the dermis. So it should come as no surprise that celebrities love chowing down on broccoli, kale, cabbage and all the rest of them. Ideally, you want to get between half a pound and a pound of greens per day. This will put your body into a different mode where you actually start repairing layers of skin damaged by pollution and the sun.
Step Back From Your Stress
Celebrities live busy, high-profile lives. But they always segment their time into uptime and downtime. Have you noticed this? They don’t stay on the circuit year-round. Instead, they spend a couple of months engaging with fans and then they step back from the limelight to look after their bodies (and enjoy all their money).
Being periodic with your stress levels, therefore, is critical. The body is actually very good at dealing with stress in the short-term. But in the long-run, it does a lot of harm. Thus, you’ll regularly find celebrities going for deep tissue massages (and anything else that can help them get out of a rut) in terms of stress.
Add Quality Skincare Ingredients
Celebs also continuously keep an eye out for top quality skincare ingredients. They want to know which serums to buy and when to apply them. Currently, the leading serums are vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and retinoids.
