Sunny Days Are Here Again: Protect Yourself

​I am sure you have noticed that I have really fair skin...really fair.  I also have lots of freckles to contend with.  Needless to say I try to do all I can to protect myself from the sun when I am lounging by the pool, swimming at the beach or rocking it at an outdoor concert. These are my skin protectors that are my go to whenever I am in the summer sun.

I have talked about this sunscreen before but I will say it again - it is amazing. It helps prevent breakouts and has 46 SPF.  It also comes in a tinted version which can be all the cover you need some days.  

If you are super busy or traveling and can only use one product, this is my "base" that I use. It is good for acne prone skin and has a lot of coverage for a BB cream.  Even better is that it has SPF 25 to protect you from any sun damage. It comes in one color but it somehow seems to go with every skin tone. I have several friends who have used this BB cream and it blends well with darker and lighter skin tones.

For my body sun protection - I need lots of coverage and lots of color.  I have found an 50 SPF and 30 SPF with an instant bronzer. You heard that right....no streaking instant bronzer you can put on right after you put on your bathing suit.  This high SPF protects me from the sun and covers up any veins or cellulite #winning
